Archway Community Services
Participate in peer support, social connection, and education sessions, or take time for yourself while a trained volunteer takes care of your loved one at Archway Community Services. Supports and resources also available in Punjabi. 
Dementia education developed by the Alzheimer Society of BC & the Yukon.

Rebalance Rehab
Join gentle virtual movement classes from home with Rebalance Rehab, plus access individual wellness sessions with a trained professional. Small equipment and technology support provided. Classes also offered in Punjabi and Hindi.
