Join infromational and social connection sessions and enjoy a provided lunch at Abbotsford Recreation Centre.
Abbotsford Hospice and Grief Support Society
If you are caring for someone at the end stages of life, the Abbotsford Hospice and Grief Support Society can support you.Â
The Reach Gallery Museum
Enjoy creative activities with other caregivers, or at home, with The Reach Gallery Museum therapeutic art classes, kits, and videos.

Archway Community Services
Participate in peer support, social connection, and education sessions, or take time for yourself while a trained volunteer takes care of your loved one at Archway Community Services. Supports and resources also available in Punjabi.Â
Dementia education developed by the Alzheimer Society of BC & the Yukon.
Rebalance Rehab
Join gentle virtual movement classes from home with Rebalance Rehab, plus access individual wellness sessions with a trained professional. Small equipment and technology support provided. Classes also offered in Punjabi and Hindi.Â
